Once there were three little pigs, Sonu, Monu and Gonu. Sonu lived in a house of straw. Monu lived in a house of sticks and  Gonulived in a house of bricks.

One day a big bad Wolf came to Sonu’s house. He said, “I will huff and puff and I will blow your house down.” So he huffed and he puffed and he blew the house down.

Sonu ran to Monu’s house. The wolf came to Monu’s house. He said, “I will huff and puff and I will blow your house” down. So he huffed and he puffed and he blew Monu’s house down.

Sonu and Monu ran to Gonu’s house. The wolf came to Gonu’s house. He said, “I will huff and puff and I will blow your house down.” So he huffed and he puffed but he could not blow the brick house down. It was very strong

The wolf went away, and then Sonu, Monu and Gonu began to live happily together in the red brick house.


एक समय सोनू, मोनू तथा गोनू नामक तीन छोटे सूअर रहा करते थे। सोनू घास-फूस के बने घर में रहता था। मोनू लकड़ियों से बने घर में रहता था और गोनू ईंट से बने घर में रहता था।

एक दिन एक बड़ा और दुष्ट भेड़िया सोनू के घर आया। उसने कहा-“मैं तुम्हारे घर को फेंक मारकर उड़ाकर नीचे गिरा दूंगा।” उसने ऐसा ही किया तथा घर को फेंक मारकर उड़ाकर नीचे गिरा दिया।

सोनू मोनू के घर की तरफ भागा। भेड़िया मोनू के घर पहुँचा। उसने कहा- मैं तुम्हारे घर को फेंक मार उड़ाकर नीचे गिरा दूंगा।” उसने मोनू के घर की भी फैंक मार उड़ाकर नीचे गिरा दिया।

सोनू और मोनू, गोनू के घर की तरफ भागे। भेड़िया गोनू के घर आया। उसने कहा “मैं तुम्हारा घर फेंक मारकर उड़ाकर नीचे गिरा दूंगा।” इस तरह उसने फेंक मारकर गोनू के घर को उड़ाकर नीचे गिराने की कोशिश की, किंतु वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाया। वह बहुत मज़बूत था।

भेडिया वापस चला गया। सोनू, मोनू और गोनू प्रसन्नतापूर्वक एक साथ लाल ईंटों से बने घर में रहने लगे।


Summary of Story
This story is about three little pigs named Sonu, Monu and Gonu. Sonu lived in a house made of straw and Monu lived in a house made of sticks. On the other hard, Gonu lived in a house made of bricks.
One day a big cruel wolf came and blew off the houses of Sonu and Monu. Sonu and Monu ran to Gonu’s house. Suddenly, the wolf came there and blew off the house of Gonu as well. But, wolf would not blow Gonu’s house because it was strong and made up of bricks. The wolf went away and after that all the three happily lived together in the red brick house.

यह कहानी सोनू, मोनू तथा गोनू नाम के छोटे-छोटे तीन सूअरों के बारे में है। सोनू घास-फूस से बने घर । में रहता था। मोनू लकड़ी से बने घर में रहता था जबकि मोनू ईंटों से बने घर में रहता था।
एक दिन एक क्रूर भेड़िया आया और उसने सोनू तथा मोनू के घरों को उड़ा दिया। सोनू और मोनू गोनू । के घर की तरफ भागे। अचानक, भेड़िया गोनू के घर को भी उड़ाने के लिए आया। किंतु वह गोनू के घर को नहीं उड़ा पाया क्योंकि वह मजबूत था और ईंटों से बना हुआ था। भेड़िया वापस चला गया। इसके बाद तीनों । प्रसन्नतापूर्वक लाल ईंटों से बने घर में रहने लगे।
